This is Kevan Elliott's fuel injected 2.2 Healey
Photos taken at this years Healey Day
The car has been modified with a 2.2 engine with a QED Fuel Injection system and Toyota 5 speed box.
I drove this car at the Healey day and was very impressed, it took great self control for me not to phone Martin Shirley who is building my standard Healey engine and go for a 2.2 conversion!

Sorry Richie, I will be in the U.S. for most of August and will miss Ragley Hall, the third concours running I will have missed.
A little history of the car.
I bought this car in 1984. One previous lady ownwer - the glamorous owner of a well known London night club, the Eve Club on Regent Street, the haunt of stars, diplomats and spies (think Christine Kieller). So I like to thik of the car as having had an exotic first decade!
I used my Healey as my daily drive . By 1990 the car was in a poor state, and a programme of restoration began at Cropredy and was finished at Appleyards in Sheffield, 10 years later. The engine is a saga in itself.
