How to renew your membership

Please read carefully before proceeding

If you have renewed in the past 7 days, please email Claire Clark at with your reference and how you paid.

To renew your membership, log in with your username and password. If you do not know this information, contact Raj Mangroo at

If you know your username and password – head to “My Accountat the top right of this page or click here and enter your username and password.

Once logged in from the “My Account page” head to the membership account tab on the left
  • Click on renew, from here you can either pay by PayPal or set up a Direct Debit using the GoCardless link.
  • Please have your bank card ready when using the GoCardless link
  • Please ensure your billing and postal address is correct by going to “addresses” on the left tab of my accounts menu
If you do not have a PayPal account or do not want to set up a Direct Debit you can also pay the following ways:
