King Tut

This is Sheila Jenkins' Interceptor III, King Tut.

Many people will recognise the car having been owned by Martin Ritchie previously.

The car was bought by Sheila's husband Fred who sadly passed away. Sheila is enjoying driving the car and has become active in the club taking on the role as Regalia Secretary.


















With the bonnet scoop it had when Martin Ritchie bought it.

I regretted selling King TUT as as soon as I had sold it!
I was so pleased it went to such wonderful people and both Fred and now Sheila have looked after the car well and have continued to iron out any niggles, including recently, replacing the steering rack.
It's a real surprise and pleasure seeing the car as "Car of the Month"!

I can't believe I missed your post for over 18 months money_one_four !!
Somewhere, I have photos of the inside of the bonnet from when I replaced the Hardurer (Spelling?) covering. You can see slight dents which the intake / scoop was designed to cover, at the time when bonnet skins were't available.

Hi Martin, sorry I missed your reply also , then again I’m not sure I wanted to hear that reply as it wasn’t mentioned to me at the time of sale it was covering dents which has now devalued it by half . As compensation I will except a large coffee with cream
For all those who maybe wondering if I am disappointed, the answer to that is not at all , it was sold to me at a very good price and still looks great even after all this time.
