The Dutch “Het Jensen Genootschap Holland” will organise their third autumn weekend this year.
Although this is a national event, Jensen owners from abroad are very welcome to participate.
It will be held from Friday the 2nd till Sunday the 4th of October in Echternach, Luxemburg.
This is about 382km/239mls, 4hrs from Hook of Holland/Rotterdam (Harwich/Hull), or 446km/279mls, 4 hrs 30m from Calais/Dunkirk (Dover/Folkstone), similar to the distance to last years event.
We will stay in the Bel-Air hotel in Echternach, Luxembourg near the border of Germany. This is the area of the Eiffel and Luxembourg Ardennes.

It is a 40-room 4 star wellness hotel just outside the tourist town of Echternach. It has a private secluded parking space that will be reserved for the participants of the Jensen event
Preliminary programme:
Friday
Arrival and check-in from 12:00-18:00, 19:00 dinner, followed by bar.
Saturday
Breakfast, scenic drive, 13:00 lunch, continuation scenic drive, 19:00 dinner, followed by bar.
Sunday
Breakfast, check- out, short scenic drive, 13:00 lunch followed by farewells.
Maps and route description will be provided but it is strongly advised to bring an up to date TomTom, Garmin or similar sat-nav. if you want to deviate from the route or want to visit some special places (e.g. the dams) and want to be on time for the lunches at 13:00.
The costs will be €282,50 (appr. GBP 221) p.p. based on double occupancy of a twin bedroom. This is more than the earlier events as the hotels in this area appear to be considerably more expensive and also drinks are now included with the meals.

Included are: 2 nights’ stay, 2 x breakfast, 2 x lunch plus 2 drinks p.p, 2 x dinner plus 2 drinks p.p., route description. The facilities of the hotel (sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool etc.) are free to use for the guests.
We have an option until the 1st of July for 35 rooms, so if you are interested make sure to book early!
